Where Pink Apple Aesthetics Began
Pink Apple Aesthetics was founded with one clear intention — to give people in Bangalore access to safe, honest, and genuinely personalised cosmetic care.
When Dr. Pinky Devi Ayyappan set up the clinic, she had already spent years seeing what happens when cosmetic surgery is approached without enough attention to the patient in front of the surgeon. Treatments chosen for the wrong reasons. Results that do not fit the person. Patients who were never fully told what to expect. She wanted to do things differently.

Dr. Pinky Devi Ayyappan did not choose plastic surgery as a career because it was profitable or prestigious. She chose it because she saw, early in her training, how much a carefully done procedure could change the way a person carries themselves — their confidence, their comfort, their sense of belonging in their own body. That conviction has stayed with her through 12 years of practice.
She completed her MBBS and went on to pursue MS in General Surgery, followed by her MCh in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery from one of India’s respected medical institutions. She then trained internationally — completing a DAFPRS Fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery in Belgium under Dr. Patrick Tonnard and Dr. Alexis Verpaele, a Facial Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship at YK Plastic Clinic and Jayjun Plastic Surgery in Seoul, and an Observership in Cosmetic Surgery at Villa Bella Clinic with Dr. Giovanni Botti in Salo, Italy. This international exposure shaped the way she approaches aesthetics — precise, studied, and deeply aware of what natural results actually look like across different faces and body types.
She is registered with the Karnataka Medical Council and is an active member of the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India (APSI), the Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (IAAPS), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS), and KAPRAS. She sees patients at Pink Apple Aesthetics in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and remains personally involved in every stage of your care — from your first consultation to your final follow-up.
