Microneedling enhances penetration into the skin and creates very small channels in the skin’s layers to allow up to 300 percent greater penetration than standard topical application. The injections create microinjuries that the platelets hurry to repair. Microdermabrasion is done before the PRP is injected into the skin in the same manner as dermal fillers and this in turn will stimulate cell turnover
